Welcome to SPARK! We are the student ministry of Abundant Life Church, designed for students entering 5th grade and up. This is a critical season in a young person's life, and our goal is simple: to come alongside families and help students grow strong in their faith, confident in their identity, and equipped to live boldly for Jesus.

SPARK stands for Spiritually Powered and Anointed Royal Kids—because we believe that every student is a son or daughter of the King, chosen and called to make an impact. In a world full of confusion and compromise, we are raising up students who know who they are in Christ and are empowered to shine brightly in dark places.

We believe it only takes a spark to ignite a generation, and that spark starts with students who understand the truth of God’s Word and how to walk it out in real life. That’s why everything we do at SPARK—from our Wednesday night gatherings to our lessons, games, and conversations—is designed to help students understand the Bible, apply it, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

And yes—we have fun! But more than that, we’re building up young people who are secure in their identity, filled with the Holy Spirit, and ready to make a difference in their world. Whether it’s in their school, their home, or their community, SPARK students are learning to carry the love and light of Christ wherever they go.

Meet the Leaders
Hi, we’re Robert and Lea, and we are so honored to lead SPARK at Abundant Life. As parents ourselves, we know how important this stage of life is. Before stepping into this role, we prayed over the students and asked God for direction—and the name SPARK is what He gave us. It represents our passion to see students ignite with faith and carry that fire into the rest of their lives.
